We were thrilled with how everything went on Saturday and would be grateful if you can pass on our thanks to Freddie and the rest of the team. We have had many comments from our guests about the food (all positive!) and think we achieved what
we all set out to. For instance yesterday a colleague approached me in the corridor and said he “can’t get over the haddock rarebit” and a friend from university emailed to say she is still thinking about the cauliflower cheese. As I think I mentioned on the
night itself someone had remarked it was “the best food they’d had at a wedding ever” so high but well-deserved praise indeed. It was great to see you ‘mingling’ looking like a guest but checking on everything and we felt confident leaving everything to you which was great in letting us enjoy our night and try in vain to get round everyone.

I used Purple Grape for a private party at my house. We had a slightly different dining concept and wanted to re-create a pub feel where people could order their meals. We also wanted specific food items and not the usual canapés although they looked delicious. Purple Grape gave exceptional service from the get go. They were prompt in responding, extremely flexible and open to any ideas, and were equally as knowledgeable and helpful when it came to making our ideas happen. On arriving at the house all staff were very friendly and took great care with our furniture and other belongings. They looked after everything and allowed us to simply enjoy the party. They then cleaned up and all equipment was collected within the hour time slot we were given. Fantastic service, could not fault it! They were professional and well presented at all times. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a stress free, quality catering services that will impress your guests and satisfy their appetite too whilst leaving you to enjoy yourself and mingle with your guests.
