The decoration of our cakes is influenced from current trends in fashion and colour and by working with each client on their personal ideas a fresh and special style is created. Every cake is individually designed and hand decorated so no two cakes are ever the same.

Janine Rose produces great tasting cakes and all cakes are freshly baked to order using the finest ingredients only made with all natural butter and free-range eggs. Our buttercream is wonderfully light and made with Italian meringue and our chocolate recipes are full of real chocolate.

A trained pastry chef baking at some of London’s best Patisseries and a supplier to clients such as Rick Stein, Eurostar and Selfridges, now a specialist in cake decoration and combining the craft of baking and design.
