The launch of Rosalind Miller Wedding Cakes

The lovely Rosalind Miller of “Peggy’s Cupcakes” fame is launching her wedding cake business “Rosalind Miller Cakes” at the National Wedding Show at London Olympia on 18-20 February 2011.

London based Rosalind is renowned for her delicious and exquisite couture cupcakes, described as “edible works of art”. I have actually had the pleasure of enjoying some of Rosalind's cupcakes and can vouch for their deliciousness!

Rosalind is a former artist, graphic designer and Senior Lecturer at Central St Martins College of Art. She has turned her considerable talent to wedding cakes, creating some of the most unique ‘contemporary romantic’ wedding cakes around.

Her wedding cake designs have appeared in national publications, including Conde Nast Brides, Vogue, and Perfect Wedding and she has recently finished filming for Wedding TV’s “The Great Cake Bake” (due to air in February 2011).
